Jammin’ Jammies – owned by Va-Yola Garments Ltd (the “Business” or “we”) provides, inter alia, through its website available at the following address: http://www.shopjamminjammies.com (the “Website”), an online store for sleepwear designed for kids and tweens (the “Service”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) informs you (“you” or the “user”) of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information (as defined hereinafter) when you use the Website.

Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, all terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in our Terms and Conditions.
